Suited 9 & 10 can be better then suited Ace King

In heads-up poker tournament in certain circumstances suited 9 & 10 can be better then suited Ace King. When there are no cards on table 9 & 10 can be better than Ace King. See example below.
Example 1:
Winning Chance 47,5%
Winning chance 52,1%
Example 2:
Winning chance 48,7%
Winning chance 50,8%
The reason behind this phenomenon is that 9 & 10 has a higher chance to get a straight than Ace King.
Cards 6, 7, 8, Jack, Queen, King can give 9 & 10 a straight chance, while Ace King can use 9, 10 and Jack only.
